Write to us
Email is the best way to reach us. A real person on the Français Pro team reads every message.
To get a useful answer on the first reply, include:
- the email address on your Français Pro account;
- the page or lesson you were on (copy the link from your browser);
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot, if something looked wrong.
What we can help with
Most messages are about one of these. Mentioning the topic in your subject line helps us route it to the right place.
Your account and sign-in
Trouble signing in, verifying your email or resetting your password? Write from the address you signed up with, so we can find your account straight away.
Credits and payments
Questions about a credit purchase or your wallet balance. Include the date of the purchase and the email on your Stripe receipt. We never ask for your card number.
Exam practice and scoring
Wondering how a mock section works, or why a speaking or writing answer got the feedback it did? Tell us which module and level you practised, and roughly when.
A mistake in a lesson
Spotted a wrong translation, a typo or an audio clip that doesn't match? Send the page link and what you expected. Corrections from learners make the material better for everyone.
Schools and institutes
Teaching French to newcomers or exam candidates? Tell us about your group and what you're looking for, and we'll reply with what Français Pro can offer.
Privacy and your data
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion of your account. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
